What medical device buyers should ask a molder
Medical parts are chosen on material, repeatability and documentation. Many of our rubber products are non-latex, and they are used as components in medical devices.
Material: silicone and other non-latex elastomers suit seals, tubing and fluid paths. Tell us whether the part must be sterilized by steam, gamma or ethylene oxide, because that limits the compound choice.
