Products and Capabilities

Custom rubber and plastic parts

From a seal that keeps fluids contained to a mount that controls vibration, the right component starts with its job. We supply custom molded rubber, extruded profiles, plastic parts and assemblies built around your application.

Explore the product families below, or view our full capabilities for processes, materials and applications.

Products and processes

  • Molded rubber: gaskets, seals, O-rings, grommets, bushings, bellows, bumpers and vibration mounts.
  • Rubber extrusion: seals, weatherstripping, edge trim, cord, tubing and custom profiles.
  • Bonded and insert-molded parts: rubber-to-metal components and overmolded assemblies.
  • Custom plastics: injection-molded, extruded and thermoformed components.
  • Die-cut parts: gaskets, washers and custom shapes from rubber and other non-metallic materials.
  • Assemblies: components combined with secondary operations and assembly support.

Materials matched to the application

Heat, fluids, weather, movement and load all affect material choice. We help evaluate rubber and plastic options against the physical, chemical and thermal needs of your part.

Materials include natural rubber, EPDM, nitrile, neoprene, silicone, fluorocarbon and thermoplastic elastomers. Custom compound development and testing support are available. Explore material technology.

Design and engineering support

Bring us the drawing and the operating conditions. Our engineering team reviews geometry, fit, function and manufacturability, with support for material selection, tooling and prototypes. Clear requirements help identify questions before production. See our engineering capabilities.

Tooling, molding and assembly

Compression, injection and transfer molding, rubber-to-metal bonding, extrusion and plastic processes give your project several possible routes. We review the part design, material, volume and assembly needs to help determine the process to quote.

Quality for your program

Define the drawing revision, tolerances, test standards and acceptance requirements at the start. Our manufacturing facility is IATF 16949 certified. Automotive programs can include PPAP Level 3 documentation.

Not sure which product or process fits?

Start with the application, not a part number. Send a drawing or sample and tell us what the component needs to do.

  • Include the material and hardness if known, dimensions, tolerances and drawing revision.
  • Describe temperature, fluid exposure, weather, movement and load.
  • Share the quantity, estimated annual usage and any testing or approval requirements.

If a detail is still open, say so. Our team can review the information with you and identify what is needed to prepare a quote.

Before processing a purchase order, our checklist checks for duplicate orders, reviews the requested due date and confirms the ordered quantity against the quoted order requirements.
