Restricted automated access and AI use
Without prior written permission from COi Rubber (COi), you may not use artificial intelligence systems, automated agents, bots, crawlers, scrapers or similar tools to access, browse, monitor, copy, download, collect, extract or analyze content or data from COi websites, applications, portals or other digital services (the Services). This restriction applies to public pages and restricted account areas.
Ordinary search-engine crawling and indexing of publicly accessible pages for conventional search results is allowed, subject to applicable access controls and published crawl directives. User-directed accessibility tools that help a person access or understand content they are authorized to view are also allowed. These exceptions do not authorize model training, contact harvesting, profiling, lead generation, bulk extraction, access to restricted information, or bypassing controls. Any broader use requires prior written permission.
You may not use the Services or their content to train, fine-tune, test, evaluate or improve AI or machine-learning models, create datasets, or support an AI search or retrieval service. You may not use automated or AI-assisted collection to generate leads, build contact lists, profile people or companies, or solicit customers, representatives, suppliers or other users.
You may not collect or reuse personal information, contact details, account information, drawings, specifications, quotations, pricing, order records, customer or supplier information, or other nonpublic material except for the business purpose and access COi has expressly authorized. This includes systematic manual collection intended to avoid the restrictions on automated collection.
An account, purchase, quotation request, onboarding invitation or ability to view or download an item does not itself grant permission for AI processing, bulk extraction, model training or onward sharing. Do not bypass access controls, rate limits or technical restrictions, share credentials with an unauthorized system, or continue access after permission ends.
Any written exception applies only to its stated tools, content, purpose, users and duration. COi may suspend or restrict access and request that unauthorized collection stop and unauthorized copies be deleted, subject to applicable law and existing agreements. Nothing in this provision limits rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
